General Conditions
TERMS, CONDITIONS, AND REGULATIONS OF RENTAL
1) RENTAL: PAL PM srl promotes and arranges tourist rentals of Agritourism, Vacation Homes, Villas, and Apartments on behalf of the owners of the aforementioned properties.
2) PAYMENT METHODS: Upon receipt of the booking confirmation, the customer must pay 30% of the total rental amount. The balance is due on the day of the rental. Payments must be made to PAL PM srl by bank transfer or credit card.
3) RENTAL VOUCHER: The voucher containing all the booking information will be issued by PAL PM srl after receipt of the balance of the rental. It will also indicate the route to the accommodation or any other meeting point for key collection. It is forbidden to transfer the voucher to others or to exceed the number of people indicated on the voucher or the number of available places in each accommodation, except for children up to three years of age. Any substitution of persons during the rental period is prohibited unless previously agreed upon with PAL PM srl. Failure to comply with these clauses will entitle the property owner to refuse the guest access to the rental unit. Should such non-compliance occur during the stay, the owner may request the guest's immediate eviction, and the guest will not be entitled to any refund. The guest may also be evicted if during the stay they behave in a manner contrary to the most basic rules of civility (breaking objects, making a mess, etc.).
4) RENTAL RATES: The rental rate is per rented accommodation, delivered clean, and includes: (unless otherwise indicated on the booking voucher), hot and cold water, electricity, cooking gas, and use of the swimming pool where applicable. Any additional services requested by the guest must be paid for on-site.
5) ARRIVAL - DEPARTURE AND SECURITY DEPOSIT:
a) Arrival at the booked accommodation must take place in the afternoon between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM. If the guest is late on the scheduled arrival date, they are required to notify PAL PM srl by calling +39 3275345073. In the event of an uncommunicated delay, PAL PM srl and the owners it represents decline all responsibility and will not reimburse the guest for expenses of any kind. The accommodation will be handed over the following day. For arrivals after 6:00 PM, previously agreed upon with PAL PM srl or the owner, the guest may be charged a late check-in fee.
b) Upon arrival, the guest must present the Booking Voucher and proof of identity (passport or identity card) for all guests to the owner of the booked property, or their representative, for registration with the relevant authorities. Upon receiving the keys, the guest must pay the security deposit in cash (in euros), as indicated on the voucher. This deposit will be refunded upon departure less any damage caused to the property. The guest is in any case liable to the owner for any damage caused to the property exceeding the security deposit amount. The owner or their representative will refuse entry to any guest who has not paid the security deposit. On the day of departure, guests must vacate the property between 8:00 and 9:00 a.m. to allow the owner or their representative to inspect and clean the property before the arrival of new guests. For departures outside of these hours and if the owner is unable to inspect the rental property, they are authorized to refund the security deposit (minus any damage) only after the property has been inspected. PAL PM srl declines all liability in the event of disputes regarding the security deposit between the guest and the owner.
c) The accommodations are delivered clean and in perfect order. If the accommodation is returned particularly dirty and/or with dishes in need of washing, the owner is authorized to withhold, as an additional refund, €10 per person from the security deposit.
d) The owner or his representative reserves the right to access the rental property for essential routine maintenance (garden, pool cleaning, etc.).
e) PETS: Pets are allowed only in accommodations where expressly indicated. At the time of booking, the guest must inform PAL PM srl of any pets and their number. In some cases, a supplementary fee may be required, which will be indicated.
